You can access your health information online (such as medications, lab results, and proof of vaccination), by registering with Health Gateway. Health Gateway is the BC Ministry of Health’s initiative to provide BC residents and their families with secure access to view their health information.
Another way to securely access your lab results can be through mycarecompass.lifelabs.com, which has been developed by the province along with Excelleris. Please go to the website for more information and how to sign up.
To make a lab appointment once you have a lab requisition, go to www.labonlinebooking.ca, create a profile, and make your appointment.
Whistler 360 Health medical office assistants are not legally permitted to give out lab results over the phone. Should a result be received that the doctor or nurse practitioner needs to discuss with you, we will call you to make an appointment.
